Bookings

Once payment is received for your booking we will issue individual medical questionnaires and consent forms - this is standard practice for outdoor events. Should these not be completed you will not be allowed to participate in the event.

If you wish to amend your booking then please email us with your request and we will do our best to accommodate. If this is done at short notice then it may be treated as a cancellation.

Event Alterations

We may need to alter event locations or routes due to weather, roadworks, or other unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified as soon as possible and the alternative location or route will offer as similar an experience as possible to the original. As such, no refunds would be offered. We will always work with clients to ensure they have the best experience possible and we may be able to offer an alternative date for the original location or route, but this is not guaranteed.

During an event we may need to alter the route or curtail the event entirely in order to keep our clients safe. This would typically be due to weather, which we cannot control. We aim to give our clients the best possible experience but safety will always come first. If an event is curtailed having already started then typically refunds will not be issued.

Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel your booking then please do so by email as soon as possible. If cancelled 30 days or more before the start of the event we will issue a refund in full. If cancelled less than 30 days then we may offer partial refunds, depending on circumstances.

Should we need to cancel an event (either through illness, adverse weather, etc) then clients will be offered an alternative date or event in the first instance. If no alternative can be given then a full refund will be given.

Refusal of Service

Ahead of any booking we will issue clients with a list of required kit. Where necessary we may also set out a required level of prior experience or fitness.

We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who do not bring the required kit or have the relevant experience or fitness. No refund will be issued. This is ultimately to keep our clients safe. If at all concerned then please contact us prior to booking.
